Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange by contacting our customer care team at 1800 889 1071 for a simple and hassle-free process.

Exchanges are permitted only in cases of size issues. In such cases, the customer is required to send the parcel at their own cost to the address provided below:

Exchange Guidelines:

Exchange is permissible only within the same product category.

The product must remain unused, intact, and in its original condition.

All tags, labels, and packaging must be preserved and intact.

Each customer is entitled to one exchange transaction only.

Refunds are not offered under exchange requests.

Mandatory Requirement: An unboxing video must be provided to our customer support team for the exchange to be approved.
Return & Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only if we are unable to arrange or supply the same product after an order has been placed. In all other cases, refunds are not applicable.

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products are strictly non-returnable once delivered, as they are not reusable.
Exceptions (Eligible for Return/Replacement):

You may initiate a return request within 7 days from the delivery date.

Photos/videos of the unboxing process, and

Clear images/videos of the affected product(s).
Replacement Assurance
In cases where the product delivered is wrong, incomplete, or damaged, Flrida Life will provide a replacement at no extra cost to the customer. We are committed to resolving such matters promptly and efficiently.
