-Our optical frames are made with premium materials and quality craftsmanship. But with all things, it is always best to handle them with care.
-If you’re not wearing them, store your frames properly inside the hard case to prevent damage.
-When cleaning the lenses, use our microfiber cleaning cloth that comes with your purchase. We also recommend pairing it with our lens cleaner solution for best results.
-If your lenses get liquids such as cosmetics or oil on them, dry the lenses and frame immediately.
-Never leave your frames inside the car as the temperature or direct heat can cause damage.
-When cleaning your glasses, handle your frames by gripping the bridge of your eyewear.
-Never place your glasses with the lens down to avoid unwanted scratches and accidental damage.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
-You sure can. After 48 hours of ordering, we'll send you an tracking id your whatsapp .The tracking number keeps you updated on the status of your delivery.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PAYMENT?
-Send us a message and we'll work it out with our courier partner.
If your package hasn't been picked up yet, we can definitely change your shipping address.
But once the package has been picked up by our courier, do take note that it will take a while to reroute it. To avoid any troubles, double check your delivery address before confirming your order.
